  • Sicherheit & Prävention: Sicherstellung der höchstmöglichen Betriebs- und Arbeitssicherheit sowie der rechtssicheren Einhaltung aller Brandschutz- und Gesundheitsvorschriften.   
  • Gefahrenmanagement: Erstellen und Pflegen von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Betriebsanweisungen und Sicherheitsdokumentationen sowie Durchführen regelmäßiger Sicherheitsbegehungen.   
  • Schulung & Beratung: Durchführen von Sicherheitsunterweisungen und Schulungen für Mitarbeitende sowie Ansprechperson für sicherheitstechnische Fragestellungen im Alltag.   
  • Unfallmanagement: Melden, Analysieren und Auswerten von Arbeits- und Beinaheunfällen.   
  • Brandschutz: Kontrolle, Überwachung und Funktionstests von Brandmeldeanlagen (BMA), Löschwasseranlagen und weiteren Brandschutzsystemen.   
  • Kooperation: Operative Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern (wie Wartungsfirmen, Sachverständige, Behörden, Arbeitsinspektor und Betriebsarzt) und Unterstützung bei Brandschutzübungen sowie Evakuierungen.

Du bringst mit

 

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (LAP, Werkmeister, Matura) und Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz.  

  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung.  

  • IT-Kenntnisse: Besondere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP und Google Workspace wünschenswert.  

  • Arbeitsweise: Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Qualitätsbewusstsein.  

  • Softskills: Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Diskretion im beruflichen Alltag.

     

 

 

Die Einstufung erfolgt in die Verwendungsgruppe IV des Kollektivvertrags Information und Consulting,
mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Initial meeting

In your first interview, you’ll get to meet your contact in recruitment, either over the phone or online. This is followed by a meeting with the specialist department. Your second interview will take place in person on site, usually alongside an HR manager.
