Initial meeting

In your first interview, you’ll get to meet your contact in recruitment, either over the phone or online. This is followed by a meeting with the specialist department. Your second interview will take place in person on site, usually alongside an HR manager.

Wherever possible, we’ll invite you to a try-out-day. This will help give you a feel for everyday working life and your future team. A factory tour is also part of the process.
